Jon Werther

Executive Vice President, Integrated Operations

As Executive Vice President of Integrated Operations, Jon Werther oversees the integration of all AOL acquisitions worldwide. Working with stakeholders from across the company, Jon focuses on realizing the maximum potential of these transactions and fully leveraging AOL's collective capabilities and technologies.

Werther previously served as head of AOL’s Business Development group, where he drove strategic transactions and relationships for the company and evaluated new business opportunities.

Prior to leading AOL Business Development, Werther was Vice President, Operations at Time Warner, Inc., where he was responsible for strategic business initiatives and played an important role in putting together AOL’s advertising-focused strategy.

Before that, Werther spent seven years at AOL in a variety of executive roles, overseeing a broad range of cross-company operational initiatives, structuring and negotiating various strategic transactions, formulating key AOL strategies, and developing new revenue streams.

Prior to joining AOL, Werther worked at Arnold & Porter LLP in Washington, DC, where he represented and advised clients in connection with a variety of transactions, primarily in South America and Asia.

Werther earned an MBA from The Wharton School, a JD from the George Washington University Law School (where he graduated Order of the Coif and was a member of the George Washington Law Review) and a BA from Emory University (where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa).
