Tricia Primrose Wallace

Executive Vice President, Corporate Communications

As Executive Vice President of Corporate Communications, Tricia Primrose Wallace oversees all external and internal communications for AOL and its brands, including AIM, Netscape, MapQuest, Moviefone, and ICQ.

Wallace was previously Vice President, Corporate Communications, handling AOL's strategic communications efforts, including corporate announcements, crisis management, international communications, and senior executive speaking placement. For many years prior to that assignment, Wallace was a Time Warner spokesperson on corporate issues, including financial and legal matters, and oversaw the company's corporate marketing and brand identification initiatives.

She joined AOL in 1999 and previously served as an Executive Vice President of strategic communications firm Robinson Lerer & Montgomery managing the AOL account at the company's Dulles, VA, headquarters.

Wallace's extensive political experience includes leadership positions with the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee and EMILY's List, an organization that raises money for Democratic women running for the House, Senate, and governor. At both organizations, she served as primary spokesperson and assisted individual campaigns across the country. Wallace also served as U.S. Senator Richard Shelby's chief communications strategist, helping him win re-election in 1992 with 65% of the vote.

In 2002, she received Time Warner's Andrew Heiskell Community Service Award for her work coordinating assistance provided by the company to families affected by the tragic events of September 11.

A native of New York, Wallace graduated from Georgetown University in Washington, DC.
