As President of AOL Core, Bud Rosenthal manages Membership, AOL’s subscription businesses with millions of paid customer relationships, and Core Products, a division that encompasses tens of millions of monthly users across AOL.com, AOL Mail, Kanvas and Alto. Additionally, Bud oversees a variety of core global services for AOL, including billing, risk management, and global customer care. Bud is also a co-founder of Fishbowl Labs, a startup incubator based on AOL’s Dulles, VA campus.

Prior to joining AOL, Bud held leadership roles at public tech companies, Yahoo and RealNetworks, and served as a co-founder and/or CEO at several early-stage, venture-backed companies, including TurnHere, Bigstep and WorkMetro, which collectively raised $100M+ of top-tier venture capital backing. He was also fortunate to spend a year as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Charles River Ventures, a $2B early stage venture firm, and serves on the advisory board of several national non-profits and technology startups.
