    Executive Vice President and Chief Financial and Administrative Officer

    As Chief Financial and Administrative Officer, Karen Dykstra serves as a key member of the AOL executive team focused on optimizing shareholder value by providing strategic leadership for the company’s financial and administrative functions. Karen’s responsibilities include all Finance functions, Corporate Strategy and Corporate Development.

    Karen is a former partner at Plainfield Asset Management LLC and held leadership positions with the company from 2006 to 2010, including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Plainfield Direct Inc. Prior to joining Plainfield, she was the Chief Financial Officer of Automatic Data Processing, Inc. from 2003 to 2006 and acted as the Principal Financial Officer from 2001 to 2003. Her career spanned 25 years with the company.

    Prior to her appointment as CFO, Karen served on the AOL Board of Directors from 2009 until 2012 and the board of directors of Crane Co. from 2004 until 2012. She currently serves on the board of directors of Gartner, Inc.

    Karen holds a BS in Accounting from Rider University and an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
